Hi Everyone! Welcome to By Amelia.

By Amelia was created in late 2023 when I saw a gap for cute clothes at a resonable price point. We sell bikinis, tops/tshirts, hoodies and expnading quickly into so much more. All our drops are very limited with usually only 30-50 pieces being made at a time. The reason behind this is to make sure we dont contribute to over consumption/excessive clothing land fill. Most of our items are also only stocked once and wont come back. This is why we reccomend signing upto our VIP mailing list to gain exclusive access to upcoming drops. Everything is designed and shipped in New Zealand. Any and all orders are packed with so much care, cant wait for you to try and love our pieces! You can find more info and FAQs below!

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Do we do colabs?

    Yes! Feel free to reach out via email to inquire about colabs. We are currently in the process of looking into starting ambassadors, but we do not gift PR to smaller creators.

  • When do we restock?

    Most of our items we drop do not restock. This is to not contribute to the fastly growing clothing landfills. Vary rarely do we restock, always reach out via email/DM youve missed out.

  • Social Media

Returns/Exchanges

Here is our policy on returns/exchanges:

We have a 5 day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after your item was DELIVERED to reach out via email.

You must email us prior before sending back your item. You must also have all tags attatched and your return card in the pacakge, fail to do any of these your return will not be accepted and sent back. If there are any marks/pulls (minor or big) your return will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Received your item and didn't like it or just simply changed your mind? No problem! We offer a giftcard return, you will receive back what you spent (minus the shipping price) in a gift card form. You will have to cover the cost of shipping it back to our return address. Read the writing below on how to return it.

Received your item and it didnt fit? We also offer size exchanges. Send the item back and we will send you the new size you are after. There is an $8 exchange processing fee which will be invoiced to you once the returned item has been approved, your new sized item will be sent out after you have paid the exchange processing fee.

Where do we ship to?

Currently we offer shipping to New Zealand, Australia, The UK, and USA. All orders are sent from new zealand.

How long does shipping take?

NZ: Once Dispatched South Island 1-2 business days | North Island 2-3 business days (rural address may take 1 more business day)

AUS: Once Dispatched 5-13 business days

UK: 5-15 business days

USA: 5-15 business days

All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days, but we aim to send them the same business day which we usually do.

Product Sourcing

Most if not all of our products are sourced and made in China. One thing that was a for sure when starting this business was making sure all our products are made ethically. All our suppliers have been certified to make clothes and treat all workers ethically and morally right.
